Your First Appointment: Evaluation
Every family starts with an evaluation. This helps your provider understand your child’s unique needs and work with the family to determine best goals and plan of care.
Evaluations: up to 75 minutes
Regular sessions after evaluation: up to 50 minutes
Your Jane Account
JaneApp is your online client portal. You can create a profile on Jane, set your first session or appointment and start getting in touch with us.
Here’s what you can do there:
Schedule and view appointments
Access chart notes from your provider
Make payments and download receipts
Message your provider
Scheduling Appointments
The easiest way: schedule follow-up appointments right after your session with your provider.

Booking policy: Payment is required at booking for all evaluations.
Cancellation policy:
Cancel or Reschedule with 48+ hours notice → no fee
Reschedule within 48 hours → $25 admin fee
Cancel within 48 hours → 50% of appointment fee charged
Payment policy:
Payment for evaluations is due at the time of booking.
A $25 admin fee will be charged for any declined payment that is not settled within 48 hours
