What it is: Every family starts with an evaluation. This helps your provider understand your child’s unique needs.

  • Length:

    • Evaluations: up to 75 minutes

    • Regular sessions: up to 50 minutes

Scheduling Appointments

The easiest way: schedule follow-up appointments right after your session with your provider.


JaneApp is your online portal. Here’s what you can do there:

  • Schedule and view appointments

  • Access chart notes from your provider

  • Make payments and download receipts

Booking policy: Payment is required at booking for all evaluations.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Cancel or Reschedule with 48+ hours notice → no fee

    • Reschedule within 48 hours$25 admin fee

    • Cancel within 48 hours50% of appointment fee charged

  • Payment policy:

    • A $25 admin fee will be charged for any declined payment that is not settled within 48 hours

  • Schedule a quick phone or virtual check-in if needed

If someone other than a parent (like a nanny or relative) brings your child, we recommend setting up regular parent consultations. This ensures you stay connected and carry-over strategies at home.
