We also partner with a platform designed to simplify out-of-network therapy for both clients and therapists, so if you’re curious about your out-of-network coverage, we’re happy to check and you may only have to pay a co-pay depending on your coverage!

After your evaluation, we can create custom package options based on your child and family's unique circumstances, goals, location, and recommended duration of treatment upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. For changes or cancellations made within 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment time we charge a $25 rescheduling fee. For cancellations made within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment time, we charge 100% of your appointment, and offer a 50% off discount for your next same value appointment. We understand things happen, kids get sick, and things change — We greatly value communication so please reach out as soon as you can to adjust schedules and we will do our best to accommodate!
