After your evaluation, we can create custom package options based on your child and family's unique circumstances, goals, location, and recommended duration of treatment upon request.
Laser Treatment is available for an additional cost during treatment when appropriate — ask your provider if this modality is appropriate for your child!

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient.
Booking Policy —
📝 Payment is required at the time of booking for Evaluations.
🗓️ Weekend visits are subject to an additional $50.
Cancellation Policy —

No fee for cancellations or rescheduling.
⏰ Within 48 Hours of scheduled appointment
$25 rescheduling fee applies.
50% of the appointment fee will be charged if cancelled.
⏰ Within 24 Hours of scheduled appointment
100% of the appointment fee will be charged if cancelled.
We understand things happen, kids get sick, and things change — We greatly value communication so please reach out as soon as you can to adjust schedules and we will do our best to accommodate!
Billing Policy
Clients are 100% responsible for payment of all services provided.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We are a private practice and do not bill or communicate with insurance companies directly.
For your convenience, we partner with Thrizer, a third-party billing platform that can submit superbills directly to your insurance company.
Depending on your reimbursement method, Thrizer may charge a 0 - 5% processing fee per session for this service.
Any fees charged by Thrizer are separate from our clinic's fees and are the client's responsibility.
Enrollment and use of Thrizer is optional, but B.well tots will not communicate directly with insurance providers. For any insurance billing support, you will need to utilize Thrizer's support services.
If you prefer to submit claims to your insurance company yourself, we are happy to provide a superbill.
Superbills are available upon request with a $10 administrative fee for each superbill generated.
The administrative fee is due before the superbill is released.
Providing a superbill or using Thrizer does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan and carrier.
By scheduling and receiving services, you acknowledge that you are financially responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of insurance reimbursement.
If a payment must be refunded and reprocessed due to a client-requested change in payment method, an incorrect card being provided, insufficient funds, or another client-related payment issue after payment has already been processed, a 10% payment reprocessing fee will be assessed.
This fee is intended to help offset the administrative time, accounting adjustments, and third-party payment processing costs associated with reversing and reprocessing a transaction.
This fee applies only when the refund and reprocessing are required due to a client-related payment change or error. If the refund or reprocessing is necessary because of an error made by B.well tots, no reprocessing fee will be charged.
