Neuroadaptive Therapy

Our neurotherapy intensives provide short-term, high-frequency sessions designed to create meaningful, lasting change. These programs combine intensive therapies for rapid impact. We address the root causes of challenges such as persistent primitive reflexes, sensory integration difficulties, emotional regulation struggles, and picky or limited eating—helping children build stronger foundations for development and everyday function.

Who we support?

Difficulty expressing needs, limited vocabulary, or trouble understanding instructions.

Why do families choose us?

What to expect?

Where: Therapy intensives take place in Wyndmoor, PA, conveniently located just outside of Philadelphia.

When: Intensives are available throughout the year, with limited spots to ensure individualized support.

If you’ve already tried regular weekly therapy, had a tongue-tie release, invested in expensive mouth guards, worked with a team of specialists, or followed every picky eating plan — yet your child still struggles to sit still, follow routines, manage big emotions, or cope with overwhelming sensory input — it may be time to look deeper.

Often, what’s missing is support for the sensory and motor foundations that help kids feel safe, organized, and ready to learn, eat, sleep, and connect.

At B.well tots, our occupational therapy–led neuroadaptive intensives go beyond traditional weekly sessions. We focus on sensory integration, persistent primitive reflexes, oral-motor development, and whole-body regulation to help children build stronger foundations for everyday life.

Our program is designed to create faster, longer-lasting progress in feeding, speech, emotional regulation, and sleep — so your child (and you) can finally feel relief and enjoy calmer, happier days.

Not Your Typical Therapy Plan — A Faster Path to Lasting Change

At B.well tots, we know how frustrating it can feel to wait months for small improvements.

That’s why our neurotherapy intensives use an accelerated therapy model — giving your child multiple sessions per week over a focused 1–3 week period. This high-frequency approach builds momentum for rapid results, meaningful progress, and long-term emotional and physical regulation.

What Happens in a Neuroadaptive Intensive Session

  • Hands-on, intensive occupational therapy — targeting your biggest concerns through sensory integration, primitive reflex integration, therapeutic movement, and purposeful play.

  • Gentle, safe low-level light therapy (LLLT) — supporting healing, improving muscle function, and helping regulate the nervous system for better focus, feeding, and sleep.

  • Parent coaching & practical strategies — empowering you to support progress at home with everyday tools and confidence.

Why Families Choose Our Intensives

Our highly personalized, occupational therapy–led neuroadaptive approach is designed to help children:

  • Move with more control and confidence

  • Eat with less stress and improved oral-motor skills

No more long stretches of waiting and hoping. Our short-term, high-impact therapy model helps families see faster progress — without dragging the process out for months.

STEP 2

Intensive Therapy Sessions

Multiple therapy sessions each day over 1–3 weeks, designed to create momentum and lasting change.

STEP 3

Family Coaching & Support

Parents and caregivers are guided in simple, practical carryover strategies so progress continues at home.

  • "I've been really grateful for our sessions with Kelsey and Emily. If I were ever to have another kiddo, I'd 100% budget to be able to work with B.well tots as soon as they're born."
