Kelsey Baker
Founder & Managing Director, MS, OTR/L, CLC, CST
Kelsey is a seasoned Occupational Therapist, Lactation Counselor, & bodyworker. She is passionate about helping families thrive from pregnancy through early childhood.
After navigating her own challenging breastfeeding journey due to her daughter’s tongue and lip ties (TOTs), Kelsey became deeply committed to learning about tethered oral tissues and their impact on infant feeding, oral development, and long-term wellness.
With a proactive, whole-body approach, Kelsey empowers parents during pregnancy, birth, and the first six months of life—a crucial window that can shape a child’s lifelong health and development. She takes this knowledge to guide and support families through all chapters of growth.
She provides compassionate, evidence-based support for breastfeeding and bottle-feeding challenges, oral motor development, sensory processing, and early milestones.
While she loves to guide families who want to take a preventative and wellness-focused approach, Kelsey also meets parents exactly where they are—whether they’re facing feeding struggles, developmental concerns, or seeking support at any stage of their parenting journey.
Her mission is to help families nurture optimal growth, development, and connection, creating a strong foundation for their baby’s future healthspan.
